Training and Fitness

Our training programmes are suited to beginners and the more advanced, looking to improve their health, fitness, shape and performance with a tailored training plan. The principal focus is on building up solid basic fitness to serve as the springboard for all other activities.

Given the extensive selection of routes and activities, the descriptions can only be taken as indicative. In addition, because activities can be combined with each other at will, the choice of route and programme make-up take place when you’re here, on site, based on personal consultation.
